In June 2016, Enchanted Kingdom (EK), the Philippines’ first and only world-class amusement park, opened its most ambitious project to-date – the AGILA Flying Theater. This theater was designed by SimEx-Iwerks, using a newly patented system called SkyRide to design this theatre. AGILA has the largest screen in Southeast Asia and the latest immersive 4D motion theater technology.

AGILA the EKsperience is the first flying theater in the Philippines and the largest of its kind in the world!

AGILA the Eksperience is named after the National Bird of the Philippines, the mighty Philippine Eagle. The AGILA building covers an area of 6,000 square meters, lhoused inside a 10-storey high circular building which is meant to symbolize the sun in the Philippine flag. The attraction has a seating capacity of 105 people, accommodating that many people at any one time.

AGILA showcases the stunning beauty of the Philippines through a 7-minute film that simulates an interactive flight experience with stunning high-definition 6K cinematography. The film which is projected in a 544 square meters (5,860 sq ft) screen was shot in 10 days. The attraction devises wind, water, mist and scent effects to stimulate multiple senses of its patrons, and also uses a combination of overhead stereo speakers and seat bass shakers.
