Belonging to the famous Madame Tussauds wax museum chain with more than 200 years of history, Madame Tussauds Bangkok is the chain’s third museum in the Asian market. The museum has more than 90 wax dolls designed as different movie stars, musicians, cultural icons, athletes, politicians, celebrities from Thai culture and more.

At the Bangkok branch, the theme of royalism is prevalent. Therefore, you will find the wax replicas of Princess Srinagarindra and Prince Mahidol, both of which are set alongside a backdrop of Wat Phra Kaew and a tuk-tuk, in the first zone. All statues are divided according to zone.

What makes Madame Tussauds unique is the fact that you’re allowed to interact with the wax figures, a no-no in most other wax museums. You can hug, touch, feel and even take close-up selfies with the waxworks.

There are also interactive games that are related to some wax dolls so visitors can learn more about the characters and their stories. In addition, visitors can get a wax mold of their own hand at the “Wax Hands” area or watch the movie Ice Age in 4D for the most realistic experience.
