After 2 years of absence due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Gastrobeats finally returns this year from June 3 to 26 at Bayfront Event Space.

Gastrobeats features two food sections – Local Streets and Culinary Masters. Local Streets will feature traditional hawker fare to home-based food businesses and modern street food vendors. With over 15 food stalls, you’ll find traditional delights from brands like YoutiaoMan, Kueh Ho Jiak and Haig Road Putu Piring.

Treat yourself to a special collaboration between acclaimed chefs from around the world as well. Culinary Masters will feature an exclusive menu curated by celebrity chef Sarah Todd in collaboration with George Calombaris, Derek Cheong and Genevieve Lee. The menu is priced at $70, and each collaboration lasts for a week. The dishes will be paired with bespoke cocktails created by Singapore’s top mixologist, Peter Chua.

Bring your appetite for some live music to Gastrobeats where an eclectic range of Singaporean musicians will serenade you. Look forward to Daniel Sid and the Lil Stream Brass Band at the festival grounds, alongside performances from acts such as Dru Chen, Haneri (aka Daphne Khoo), Krysta Joy and Rangga Jones. There’s a whole lineup throughout the festival’s three-week run for you to listen to and enjoy.

Those with kids, this one’s for you. Gastrobeats has its signature food-inspired bouncy castle carnival. Jump to your heart’s content at eight food inflatables and dive into bubble tea toppings, ride down slides at Tiger’s Burger Joint or hop onto a taco truck among others. While kids play in the Jumptopia area, adults can try take part in the Virtual Reality (VR) Beat Saber tournament or enjoy unique Graffiti drawings by Singapore’s pioneering Graffiti artists.
