“Every activity in this FSEA Grand Tour is arranged to intensify togetherness and broaden driving insights of the members. This event is more than just a meet and greet. Through this, Ferrari owners in Indonesia can strengthen their friendship with Ferrari owners in Singapore and Malaysia, and also feel the experience of driving through alluring roads in both countries,” said the President of Ferrari Owners Club (FOC) Indonesia, Ahmad Saroni.

Commenting on the FSEA Grand Tour 2015, MD of Ferrari Far East, Dieter Knechtel said: “Ferrari cars are a reflection of great passion and emotion.  Those who are attracted to own a Ferrari are individuals who have the courage to dream with a strong dedication, spirit, and love to make it come true.  We are happy to know that Ferrari owners in Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia have and share the same passion towards Ferrari.  The three countries play important roles for Ferrari and because of this, we expect this milestone event to further strengthen the relations between Ferrari owners in Southeast Asia.”

Throughout the tour, the participants will have the opportunity to experience Ferrari’s performance on roads while visiting interesting sites and enjoying challenges. They will also visit the Sepang International Circuit for a track day. At the circuit, which is one of the venues for Formula One races each year, they will be trained in advanced driving with experts from the Corso Pilota program. The members can also improve their driving skills on the circuit as if they are professional race car drivers.

Similar to other FOC events, there will be an element of charity to help others within the tour agenda.  On this occasion, tour members will support the Special Olympics to help children with special needs. “Through this event, we want to spread the spirit to dream and to develop a strong dedication to make that dream come true for these children. With the same belief and passion that we share, it will make the event a lot more meaningful and memorable,” said President of FOC Malaysia, Dato’ Tan Su Cheng.

Speaking on behalf of FOC Singapore, Elaine Lim-Chan, the first female president of Ferrari Owners Club, added: “Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia are three countries that are not only geographically connected, but also have close ties in friendship, especially among Ferrari owners. I hope the bond of Ferrari Owners Club members in these three countries can inspire owners from other regions to mutually strengthen the friendship.”
