The founder of the museum is Mr. Loh Lean Cheng. He is an engineer and he came up with this idea with inspiration from his visit to the London Toy and Model Museum.

The museum features more than 110,000 toys and figures. Some of the toys displayed in the museum were obtained direct from Hollywood.

The museum itself can be divided into a few sections namely the Chamber of Horror, Chamber of Monsters, Chamber of Fantasy, Chamber of Comic Book Heroes, Hall of Celebrities, Hall of Cartoons and many more.

The museum features a notable 1.8m-tall Japanese Gundam robot, which cost RM9000. Other life-size figures include Batman, Indiana Jones, Iron Man, Jack Sparrow, King Kong, Kung Fu Panda, Lara Croft, Monsters, Inc. characters, Power Rangers, Sheriff Woody, Shrek, Silver Surfer, Spider-Man, Superman, WALL-E and others.

The walls and ceiling of the museum are decorated with an Egyptian theme, featuring Pharaoh and sphinx statues.

This is the first museum of its kind in Malaysia. The museum is open every day including public holidays from 9am to 9pm. The entrance fee for adults is RM10 while children under 6 years old are RM6.
