Every evening, the bats emerge from the cave to hunt for prey, forming a dense group that it takes around 20 minutes for them all to relocate. Observers note that while the bats pay no attention to the onlookers, as they are busy hunting bugs, you can still sense a change in the atmosphere and temperature as they whoosh by. This is an experience everyone should try at least once in their lifetime.
Most tourists stand on both sides of the trail where refreshments and shelters are available to witness the spectacle of bats in flight. However, some adventurous and curious travelers may require a guide to lead them to the entrance of the bat cave through a hidden path amidst the lush greenery.
