La Maison 1888 is the union of two genius artistic minds: the superb French cuisine of world-renowned Michelin-starred chef Pierre Gagnaire housed in an exquisitely elegant InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort designed by star architect Bill Bensley.

The restaurant’s menu of French specialties with Vietnamese influences is set to change with the seasons, offering diners the most sophisticated and creative meals.

With the largest restaurant wine cellar in Vietnam, La Maison 1888 features the finest wines the country has to offer. Head sommelier Raphael Gras has personally curated a collection of exceptional labels, many of which can only be found at InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort. For example, La Maison 1888 holds Vietnam’s only bottles of Henri Jayer Cros Parantoux Burgundy and Château-Grillet, which comes from the Rhône region of France.

The restaurant has received the Wine Spectator – Best of Award for 5 consecutive years and is the only Vietnamese restaurant in the top 50 Best Discovery of the 50 World’s Best Restaurants 2021.
Recently, the restaurant was also recognized by the famous Travel & Leisure Magazine as one of the three best restaurants and the number one restaurant in Vietnam.
