Wilmar has an integrated vertical business model, present in every step of the agricultural value chain. The group operates over 1,000 manufacturing plants in more than 30 countries and regions. Their extensive distribution network includes China, India, Indonesia, and approximately 50 other countries and regions.

The company’s first project was PT Agra Masang Perkasa (AMP) – a 7,000-hectare oil palm plantation in West Sumatra, Indonesia. Today, Wilmar is one of the largest oil palm plantation owners in the world, with upstream operations in Indonesia, Malaysia, Uganda, Ivory Coast, Ghana, and Nigeria.

Entering the Food Zone business in China to address the increasing demand for ready-to-eat and instant meals in urban areas. The group’s first culinary zone and central kitchen began operations in Hangzhou in April 2022. Today, the Group has 5 operating Food Zones and 5 under construction.
