Called Underground Tour Sponsored by Nike or Nike Underground Tour, the programme is underway and has benefited many young ballers. Participants include Cambodians and foreigners living in Cambodia.
The Underground Tour includes Basketball, Football (Soccer), Dance and Arts Programmes. The Basketball Programme is led by Raygoza, while the Dance Programme is spearheaded by Director of Dance, Benjamin Lee. The programme was supposed to start late last year, but the schedule was moved due to the ongoing pandemic.
The Basketball Programme consists of two different setups. One is a camp-based class that spans two days and 14 hours. The second is set up like a class and can span upwards of a series of years depending on the athlete’s commitment. The basketball camps are currently conducted by Tuon and Raygoza at the R&F City in Phnom Penh.
There are a number of skills that are taught within the programme. The Basketball Programme is focused on developing ball-handling, shooting, rebounding, passing, defense, footwork, conditioning, rules, etc.
