Garena: Before rebranding to SEA, Garena was founded in 2009 by Forrest Li, Garena was initially a game development and publishing company, famous for the game Free Fire. Garena distributes games through Garena+, an online gaming and social platform operated by the company since 2012.

Shopee: Shopee is a technology company primarily focused on e-commerce. Shopee was first launched in Singapore in 2015 and has grown to become the largest e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia with 343 million monthly visitors.

SeaMoney: SeaMoney is an internet service company specializing in digital payments and financial services. SeaMoney provides mobile wallet services, payment processing, credit provision, and related digital financial products and services.

As of 2022, SEA Ltd currently has over 67,000 employees. Since 2020, SEA Ltd is also the owner of the Lion City Sailors FC football club of the Singapore Premier League, after Forrest Li bought, privatized, and renamed Home United.
