They also own and operate chains of Burger King restaurants, Gloria Jean’s Coffees, Cheers Bottle Shops, along with Il Gelato at Timor Plaza, and the boutique hotel Discovery Inn.

To meet the current and future needs of the nation, the group has recently embarked on an exciting journey into real estate development. Their first investment project, the Discovery Business Industrial Zone (DBIZ), marked a significant milestone and was commemorated with a groundbreaking ceremony in May 2022. DBIZ will feature advanced office spaces, modern warehouse facilities, and a bottling plant for their signature Highland Legend whisky. Additionally, a vibrant shopping district will add convenience and diversity to the area.

Other future projects underway include: Terrace Lounge by Discovery, Discovery Business Industrial Zone, Discovery Waterfront Residences, Discovery Hotel.

ETTG has achieved several notable accomplishments. They won contracts to operate United Nations commissaries at PX Maliana (2004) and PX Obrigado (2005). Additionally, they have undertaken numerous social projects, including establishing preschools across all 13 districts, each serving up to 80 students.
